Connecting to or finding the erotic self can be profound, especially after living through trauma. Trauma can pull us far away from this part of ourselves, and leave us yearning to feel connected to our bodies, but deeply afraid to traverse that work. This workshop is intended to help you find safe and supportive ways to connect to your erotic self in a professional and compassionate container. We will practice grounding and resourcing as we move through gentle erotic movement exploration, easing you into that connection. While this workshop will be therapeutic, it is not therapy and this work can stir stuff up. So to provide a safe container for everyone, we won’t be discussing our traumas during the workshop. I encourage you to be in therapy or have gone through therapy around the trauma that you’ve experienced before trying a workshop like this.  I was a complex and severe trauma specialist for almost a decade so you will have a lot of professional support navigating this workshop.
