Are you looking for more safety, structure, clarity, understanding, and connection in your sex, relationships, and life?

Join us to find out how good boundaries can provide all of that and more. We will explore how to recognize your own boundaries and how to talk about them with others.

The workshop will outline boundaries, what they are, and how they are used. It will use mini-practice sessions with either professional support or facilitation to help participants learn more about their own boundaries and how to work with them. Specific questions and situational specific examples will be elicited throughout the workshop and integrated into the work.

This is an experiential workshop. This topic works best when people have a chance to practice the skills instead of just hearing about them. There will be exercises throughout the workshop to help people learn the concepts and to help create a better personal understanding of what boundaries are. It is understood that it will involve some level of risk for people and we will work to help with any difficulty that arises.

***No late arrival. Door locked at 6:30pm.***

When: 6pm-9pm
Cost: $35 per person at door.
